Ordering and payment
How do I place an order on Piercing-Clitoris.com?
Choose your jewelry, select the available options on the product page, and click the add-to-cart button. Check the products, quantities, dimensions, and finishes before proceeding to checkout.
Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the address entered during checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna, as well as any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
The options actually available to you will appear automatically during the payment step.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by the secure payment providers displayed at checkout. Piercing-Clitoris.com will never ask you to send your full bank card number by email or message.
Can I pay in installments with Klarna?
When Klarna is offered at checkout, you can select it and follow the instructions displayed. Approval and payment terms are managed directly by Klarna.
Why is a payment method not showing?
The available payment methods are those displayed directly at checkout. Check your delivery country, currency, and the information entered, then reload the page.
If the problem continues, contact us before attempting the transaction several more times.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Check your billing information, payment limit, and any verification requested by your bank. You can also try another payment method.
A declined payment does not necessarily mean that an order was created. Check whether you received an order confirmation email.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the discount field at checkout and apply it before completing payment. Make sure the discount appears in the order summary.
Unless otherwise stated, multiple discount codes cannot be combined on the same order.
Why have I not received my confirmation email?
First check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout. The email may take a few minutes to arrive.
If you still cannot find it, email contact@piercing-clitoris.fr with your name, the email address used, and the order amount.
Delivery times and tracking
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Europe and to the rest of the world. Available destinations appear when you enter your delivery address.
What are the delivery times within Europe?
The usual delivery time within Europe is 5 to 7 days.
This timeframe may occasionally be extended during very busy periods, transport disruptions, or when an address is incomplete.
What are the delivery times outside Europe?
For destinations outside Europe, the usual delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
Customs checks or local events beyond our control may occasionally delay delivery.
Will my order include tracking?
Yes. When a tracking number is available, it is sent by email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
There may be a short delay between the tracking number being created and the first update appearing on the carrier’s website.
Why is my tracking not updating?
The carrier may take some time to record the first scan or display a new update between logistics facilities.
If the tracking remains unchanged for an unusually long time, contact our customer service team with your order number.
What should I do if my parcel is marked as delivered but I cannot find it?
Check your mailbox, shared areas, building reception, household members, and neighbors. Also review the detailed tracking information.
If the parcel is still missing, contact us promptly so we can investigate the situation with the carrier.
What should I do if my order is late?
First check the tracking information sent by email. If the estimated delivery time has been significantly exceeded or no updates appear, email us at contact@piercing-clitoris.fr.
Are there customs charges outside the European Union?
Depending on the destination country, import taxes, customs charges, or local formalities may be applied by the authorities in the country of delivery.
These rules depend on the destination and are not determined by Piercing-Clitoris.com.
Discreet packaging and privacy
Is the packaging plain?
Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No explicit wording relating to intimate jewelry or the type of product ordered is visible on the outside of the parcel.
Is the sender name discreet?
Yes. The sender name used for shipping remains neutral and does not reveal the nature of the parcel’s contents.
What will appear on my bank statement?
The descriptor shown on your bank statement is neutral and does not include an explicit description of the product purchased.
Does the carrier know what is inside my order?
The parcel is sealed, and its external appearance does not identify the products ordered. Any information required for shipping is limited to applicable logistics and customs requirements.
Are several pieces of jewelry grouped in the same parcel?
Whenever possible, items from the same order are grouped together to limit the number of parcels. Some orders may still be shipped separately depending on availability or preparation requirements.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
How long do I have to return an order?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Contact us before sending anything back so that you can receive the correct instructions and procedure for your order.
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns accepted under our 30-day policy are free when the procedure provided by our customer service team is followed.
Do not send the product on your own initiative to an address found online.
What conditions apply when returning intimate jewelry?
For a change-of-mind return, the jewelry must be:
- new and unworn;
- not tried on the body;
- complete and undamaged;
- in its original packaging;
- still protected by its intact pouch or hygiene seal.
For hygiene reasons, jewelry that has been unsealed, tried on, or worn cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.
Can I try on the jewelry before deciding whether to keep it?
No. Intimate jewelry must not be inserted into a piercing or placed in contact with an intimate area if you wish to retain the option of returning it.
Check the dimensions, material, and finish before opening the hygiene protection.
How do I request a return?
- Email contact@piercing-clitoris.fr.
- Provide your order number and the product concerned.
- Explain the reason for your request.
- Wait for the instructions and return document.
- Pack the jewelry carefully without opening its hygiene protection.
When will I receive my refund?
The refund is initiated after the returned item has been received and inspected. You will then receive a confirmation email.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
How will I receive my refund?
The refund is normally issued to the original payment method used for the order. It is not possible to refund a different card or account without a specific justified reason.
Can I exchange jewelry for another size?
Contact our customer service team before opening the hygiene protection. Depending on the situation, we may suggest a return followed by a new order.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
A defective, damaged, or non-compliant product is handled separately from a simple change-of-mind return. The hygiene protection does not remove your rights when a genuine defect is found.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Do not open it. Contact us with a photograph of the item received and your order number. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
You can also read our return and refund policy.
Choosing your jewelry and size
How do I choose the correct jewelry size?
Compare the bar thickness, wearable length, or ring inner diameter with the jewelry you already wear.
There is no universal size for every intimate piercing. If you are unsure, ask a professional piercer to measure your current jewelry.
Read our guide to Intimate Piercing Sizes and Materials.
Are dimensions listed on the product pages?
Yes. Available dimensions, material, finish, and other useful specifications are listed on each product page.
Check this information before opening the hygiene packaging.
Can you determine my size from a photograph?
No. A photograph cannot accurately measure the required thickness, length, or diameter. It also cannot properly assess your anatomy or the angle of the piercing.
The most reliable option is to ask a piercer to measure the jewelry you currently wear.
How do I know whether to choose a barbell or a ring?
The choice depends on the exact placement, anatomy, healing stage, and recommendations given when the piercing was performed. A ring is not automatically interchangeable with a curved barbell.
Find detailed criteria in our guide, How to Choose the Right Intimate Jewelry.
What is the difference between a VCH and a clitoral hood piercing?
VCH stands for Vertical Clitoral Hood and refers to a vertical piercing through the clitoral hood. “Clitoral hood piercing” is a broader term that may also refer to other orientations.
Browse our VCH Piercing Jewelry or Clitoral Hood Piercing Jewelry.
Where can I find ring-style jewelry?
Browse circular designs in our Clitoral Piercing Rings collection. Check the inner diameter and bar thickness before ordering.
Do you offer multipacks containing several pieces?
Yes. Browse our VCH Piercing Sets to discover several styles or finishes in one assortment.
Materials, finishes, and jewelry care
Where can I find the exact material of a piece?
The available material and finish are listed on each product page. Do not rely solely on the jewelry’s color, as a gold or silver appearance does not identify its composition.
Does a gold finish mean that the jewelry is made from solid gold?
No. A gold finish may be a coating applied over another metal. When jewelry is made from solid gold, this should be stated explicitly in the description.
Is all the jewelry hypoallergenic?
We do not describe every piece as universally hypoallergenic. Tolerance can vary depending on the material, alloy, finish, and each person’s sensitivity.
Check the composition listed on the product page and seek professional advice if you have previously reacted to metals.
How should I care for intimate jewelry after healing?
Handle it with clean hands, rinse away any buildup, and dry it gently. Regularly check the tightness of the ends, hinges, stones, and condition of the coating.
Always follow the specific care instructions listed on the product page.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
This depends on the material and finish. Some decorative coatings may wear more quickly through repeated contact with cosmetics, chlorine, salt water, or chemicals.
Check the recommendations on the product page and remove decorative jewelry if its coating begins to deteriorate.
Is the jewelry sterile when delivered?
Clean or sealed packaging should not be considered sterile unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
Jewelry intended for an initial piercing should be selected, prepared, and sterilized by a professional piercer using appropriate equipment.
Piercing care and healing
Can I change a recent piercing myself?
It is best not to change jewelry yourself while the piercing is healing. Even when the surface appears calm, the internal channel may remain fragile.
Any necessary jewelry change during this period should be performed by a professional piercer.
How should I clean a recent intimate piercing?
Wash your hands, use sterile saline wound wash, do not rotate the jewelry, and dry the area gently without rubbing.
Find the complete routine in our guide to Intimate Piercing Care and Healing.
Which products should I avoid during healing?
Avoid alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, fragranced products, ointments used without medical advice, and overly concentrated homemade mixtures.
How can I recognize a possible infection?
Increasing pain, heat, or swelling, thick or foul-smelling discharge, pus, fever, chills, or feeling generally unwell require prompt medical advice.
Do not remove the jewelry on your own if an infection is suspected unless a doctor tells you to do so.
Can the store diagnose a piercing problem?
No. Our customer service team can answer questions about a product’s features, but it cannot diagnose an infection, allergy, migration, or medical complication.
Contact an experienced piercer or healthcare professional depending on your symptoms.
Important information: the guidance in this FAQ is general. It does not replace an examination by a professional piercer or medical advice.
Changing an order and contacting customer service
Can I change my order after payment?
Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make.
We will do our best, but an order that has already been prepared or handed to the carrier cannot always be changed.
